Cette chanson est sur l'album ...And justice for all , qui d'apres moi est d'une maturité exemplaire du groupe!
Cette chanson est aussi importante pour le groupe , car Metallica a fait un clip...ce qui leur a fait perdre enormement de fans... personnellement je ne vois pas ou est le probleme car le clip est assez beau...

Cette chanson est pour denoncer les horreurs de la Guerre , et je crois aussi pour montrer toute la connerie des ricains qui adorent partir sur des contrées qu'ils ne connaissent pas pour tuer tout le monde...
Pour cela, James Heitfield se met a la place d'un soldat sur le front et retranscrit tres bien toutes les sensations qu'il pourrait eprouver.


La chanson en elle meme est terrible...:
Le debut est construit avec la meme structure que "Fade to black" citée precedemment , cad une petite melodie en clean suivie d'un petit solo de Kirk.
Ensuite , comme dans Fade to black , cela ne fait que monter en puissance , pour finir encore (et oui!!) par un solo fabuleux de Kirk commencant par une partie tapping qui ne laisse pas indifferent...
En clair , une chanson a ecouter et a apprecier!!!

Certains auront reconnu , d'autres non , malheureusement pour eux , car ils loupent une des plus belles chansons du siecle!!!!!!!!( pour moi bien sur ). C'est Fade To Black des Four Horsemen , g nommé Metallica!!!!!!!!!

Une chanson qui commence sur une petite melodie en clean suivie d'un petit solo de Kirk qui annonce la couleur. Ensuite , la chanson ne fait que monter en puissance pour terminer par un solo plus que faramineux de 2 minutes de Kirk suivie a la double pédale de Lars....tout simplement fabuleux..............
Les paroles de plus sont extremement belles.....
